Clear rules so the condo, the club, and your stay stay easy.
Peak season: Saturday to Saturday
Feb 15–Apr 30, Jun 20–Sep 7, and Dec 20–Jan 2. Check-in Saturday 2:00 PM. Check-out Saturday 10:00 AM. Full 7-night weeks only — we do not split peak weeks.
Other dates: more flexible
Outside peak, stay at least 3 nights and arrive any day of the week. Check-in 2:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM. Same-day turns still need that window for housekeeping.
No online payments
Submit a request. We confirm availability, then arrange payment off-site. A request is not a charge.
Occupancy
Sleeps 4 comfortably. Maximum 6 guests. No extra mattresses in common areas.
Quiet hours
10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. This is a residential yacht club, not a hotel.
No parties or events
Family dinners are fine. Gatherings, bachelor weekends, and paid events are not.
Smoking
No smoking or vaping in the condo or on the balcony. Use designated outdoor areas only.
Pets
No pets unless we approve in writing before you book. Service animals: tell us when you request.
Parking
Use the assigned guest space for Unit 320H. Do not block neighbors or the fire lane.
Pools & docks
Club rules apply. No glass at the pool. Supervise children. Docks can be slick — wear shoes.
Cancellation
We confirm terms when we accept your request. Peak and holiday weeks have a tighter window.
FAQ
Common questions
Is this a hotel?
No. It is a private condo in a gated residential yacht club. You get a real kitchen, in-unit laundry, and club amenities — not a front desk.
How do I get the gate code?
After we confirm your stay we send a check-in packet with gate, parking, and Wi‑Fi details.
Can we arrive early?
Check-in is 2:00 PM so housekeeping can turn the unit. We will text if it is ready earlier — don’t plan on it in peak season.
Can we stay mid-week?
Yes, outside peak. Peak season is Saturday to Saturday only so cleaning can keep up and we don’t leave unsellable gaps.
Is there an elevator?
Yes — the building has elevator access. Tell us if anyone in your party needs extra space for mobility equipment.
What is included?
Linens, a starter set of paper goods, Wi‑Fi, cable, parking, and access to the club pools, gym, and docks. Beach chairs vary by season — ask.
